The functionality and aesthetics of the new gantry system UCI-OVAL aim to facilitate medical care and optimise the distribution of fittings in intensive care units.

Individual system suspended from the ceiling with the option of forming continuous lines for rooms with several beds.

Made with aluminium profiles with an ABS trim.

It has an oval shape that makes it possible to have a reduced perception of the external volume of the unit, and can be easiliy integrated with a maximum use of the internal part.

Assembly

Fixed by means of a supporting structure consisting of aluminium profiles, flanges, bolts, tie rods and screws.


Specifications

Power supply: 230V-16A and 230V-25A distributed by the two sides.

Gas outlet: distributed across both sides. Sufficient holes for the gas outputs can also be left for subsequent installation.



Lighting

Ambient lighting: one or two independent trays with a T5 tube or LED strips.

Reading lighting: orientable spot-type with dichroic lamps of 50W-12 W or LEDs.

Monitoring lighting: an independent tray with a T5 lamp or LED.

Nurse call, microphone and speaker, audio-visual and monitoring outputs.

Trolleys with trays or various accessories which can slide along the length by means of bearings that flow above the tread profiles integrated into the gantry can be suspended and can be coupled to this in an intuitive way.

Accessories

Two trolleys that move along the length of the UCI-OVAL gantry can be suspended on it by means of bearings integrated into the gantry.


These suspended trolleys rotate at an angle of 300 degrees and incorporate a handle which mobilizes both their rotation and their movement.

DRY TROLLEY

For UCI-OVAL bedhead units composed of the following basic components:

1 standard carousel which can be moved laterally and is made of aluminium and painted with an epoxy-polyester.

2 vertical matt stainless steel bars of ø 38 mm., cwith a cap in the lower part L = 1.5 m. See other lengths.

Accesories:

  • Compact supports.
  • Supports for leaks with rail fixing.
  • Half-tray to carry instruments.
  • Extendable arm.
  • Exterior or interior double rail.
  • Single or double draw unit with a tray.



WET TROLLEY

For UCI-OVAL bedhead units composed of the following basic components:

1 standard carousel which can be moved laterally and is made of aluminium and pained with an epoxy-polyester.

1 vertical matt stainless steel bar of ø 38 mm., with a cap in the lower part L = 1.5 m. See other lengths.
